Facebook changes layout...again...on the fly.

These are my thoughts about the "new" Facebook. And by the way the site is not working correctly.

...ok we all need to be adaptable to change, because change is constant. That being said, we all love improvements...right? "New & Improved" sells.
Now that being said, What is UP with FB??

It would be "nice" if the programmers/tech people did a little simple usability study...by asking "us" the people who use this wonderful service what we would think about some changes...don't you think?
It is NOT fun to have just taught a seminar on how to use Facebook to a bunch of new Facebookers -- only to log on and find out that all the navigation has changed...What???

I am pretty tech savy...and I would say that the new design is a bit more confusing...especially for new users. And some people have not even seen the new design yet??

And some of the new stuff is NOT working correctly?? What??
Attn Facebook Management-- Ask "us" your users what we think...we are your best focus group.

Check out the Kohler website -- the kitchen and bath people -- who have obviously spent $$$ creating a great website with great visuals...and they ask their users to fill out a survey about their experience and tell Kohler how to make things better...go figure...

Television network execs don't have a clue. Your viewers are online!

Television executives are really missing the boat. I have been searching for an online broadcast of the Kennedy Center Honors 2009 and cannot find the entire show, only clips.
The networks had better get on board with today's marketplace or be left in the dust. Your viewers are online, not in front of a television set.
